We exist for the purpose of helping urban Chicago youth make

decisions with the necessary tools about Christ. They are then

menotored in many other areas of life as they are discipled into

leaders. We want to set the example of reaching out to every teen soul

in Chicago but focusing on the West side first. We long to help the

body of Christ cross the divide between the churches. Part of that

divide can be solved through academic success all the way through

college. College should not be an option so kids within CKG are

taught to save money thus breaking the welfare system of thinking,

promoting self-worth.

As an organization we try to be always purposeful and innovative.

We are not afraid of trying new things in order to reach out in love

and serve teens. Each arm of the minisry is overseen by a leader

that is passionate about using their gifts in the area of their calling.

We as CKG, vision together as a team through seeking God's face

to accomplish our goals. We are commited to develping young

leaders to be the best they can be so that those coming after them

and those influenced by them can be even better followers of Christ.

When we consider a new arm of ministry such as: our job program

CKG Kleaning, or the Education Wing, or the Christian Leadership

Institute, we make sure it gives people a sense of value. We are

trying to focus on certain areas on the West side and Chicago as

a whole as we disciple teens into leaders. We try to partner with

organizations that excel in certain areas, using their strengths to

help those in need
